How do I return an item? | |
Merchandise purchased from CentralPolice.com is returnable subject to the following conditions:
1. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
2. Returned products must be in new/unused condition and must be in the original packaging. 4. Used merchandise and special orders are not returnable. 5. All returns must be approved and require a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Instructions For Returns:
1. Request an RA# by e-mailing us at sales@centralpolice.com. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return. 2. We will email you within 24 hours with your Return Authorization Number (RA#). 3. You will then repackage the item making sure to clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package. 4. Send the merchandise to our Distribution Center: Central Policy Supply

Amount of Refund: You will receive a credit for the full amount paid, less the cost of shipping/handling. Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges. Additional Information: Once the item has been received, we will issue a refund the full amount of the item, less the cost of shipping/handling or the 10% restocking fee. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your return. Exchanges: If you need to make an exchange, just return the product as indicated above and reorder the correct size/product. |
