Fobus'' Standard Series holsters feature passive retention with rapid deployment. These holsters have a state of the art design, with injection molding of high density polymer to create a holster which cannot be duplicated in leather or any other material. It has a low profile design for concealability, steel-reinforced rivet attachment, and weighs just 2 oz. This Paddle model is configured for right-handed carry and is compatible with: Armalite AR24; Sar Arms B6, P220 10mm/45ACP, P225; Sig Sauer P225-A1, P226, P228, P245; S&W 3913, 3914, 3919, 4013, 5904, 5906, 6906 (std series), 6946, 908V, 910, 915, CS9.

Fobus holsters have always been well made.  I have several and use them.
This SG-21 fits the S&W Model 5906 (9mm) and 4006 (40 S&W) very well. In fact,  if you own both pistols you could use this one holster equally well for both.
Note- Model 4006 is about 1/16 inch wider at frame right above and ahead of trigger guard, but it still it still fits fine, just tug on it a bit harder to retrieve, or spray some silicone spray on that area of the holster, let it dry some and pistol will move more easily but still keep good retention when holstered.

I had a smith and wesson 6906 9mm and I have the focus SG21 holster for it will I got rid of the gun and got a m&p shield and the gun fits fine in it also so I did not have to drop $35.00 more for a holster.
