The Earphone Connection's Rubber Earmold is for use with the Earphone Acoustic Tube (sold separately). The earmold allows you to hear ambient sounds as well as radio transmissions. The soft rubber earmold is designed for comfort over long periods of use.

These ear molds work all right. I can get about 6 months of use from one and that's with constant wearing through a 40-hour workweek. After that the mold starts to split around hole where the tube inserts. When that happens the mold becomes useless essentially as the tube doesn't stay connected very well. I will say that I'm happy it is available in different sizes as the small ones work best for me. The larger sizes start to hurt my ear after a while.
